Today I learned that Brigham Young University has a hilarious honor code, which, among other rules like no “forms of physical intimacy that give expression to homosexual feelings” and no mixed-gender camping trips, prohibits beards.
Unless, of course, you obtain a “beard exception” — which apparently happens often enough to merit its own FAQ.

Tomorrow on WILI2010, Andy and Diggy recap all the learning what took place in January and settle on a moral for the month.
Actually, I was going to do mine tonight. But it’s going to have to wait. Because FUCKING LOOK AT THIS GUY! Tonight I learned that I have a doppelganger (which Wikipedia describes as a “sinister form of bilocation”), and that my doppelganger rides the Red Line.
Yes, it was mildly intrusive to take his picture, but we were both so weirded out by each other that I felt like all bets were off.

Today I learned (from Diego) the definition of a GCBI Friend:
Generally Concerned, Barring Inconvenience.
Diego says: “Somewhere between a friend and an acquaintance.”
